It's a hick farm town that grows corn and there is literally nothing to do. The only reason to drive through it is to get to Cultus Lake Water Park.

When I lived in Vancouver a lot of the BC Randonneur bike rides when through/around Chilliwack. It didn't seem too bad, but this was always during the day in the good season, and maybe not this particular intersection.
