animegurl1000 - 2019-06-17 Mr. Purple, it's the same reason that music composed in a minor key will evoke a feeling of sadness or dread for a Western listener, while the same kind of music won't get the same reaction from African or Asian person who spent their formative years listening traditional music of their native culture. Music that we interpret as "sad" or "scary" depends on what kind of music we associated with those emotions in our formative years.
Two Jar Slave - 2019-06-17 I accept all the above takes, but especially poorwill's.
Marlon Brawndo - 2019-06-17 It's because you have the Shining and you've drawn their attention now.
