I don’t think this was ever in the movie. The production quality seems very different from the actual movie.

This was likely just a teaser filmed separately and was never going to be in the final movie.

(Giveaway is the Spider-Man isn’t in any of the shots while in the movie he hams up every scene as much as possible)

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that this sequence was for this teaser only. The towers did appear in the movie and were digitally removed, but they existed in a different capacity.

I worked for a movie theater when this came out. This is indeed just the teaser trailer. After 9/11, we were instructed to take it off any movie playing.
We also had to take down a large banner for the movie hanging in our lobby. It was just a head shot of Spider-Man, but reflected in his eyes were the Twin Towers. It goes for quite a bit of money now.
