Xeno is right, in that this person is being highlighted to invoke outrage at trans people in general. As others have said, don't look at the YouTube comments. As if the title didn't make it obvious.

Yaniv, in the best case scenario, has terrible judgement on appropriate behavior and communication. Which is why the leaders of Canada's trans human rights advocacy have distanced themselves. But she's not a representative, and shouldn't be used as a target to attack trans rights in general. Hell, she's less creepy and inappropriate than many people in elected office right now, but still she's being paraded around as an example of how trans rights enables pedophilia, as if there weren't a thousand examples of non-trans people being even worse, without cis people having to account for those people's behavior.

Yaniv is a male. Females have the right to not deal with males; no one has to go along with the fiction the males are females.

Yaniv is being highlighted because they're a manipulative sociopath and a sexual predator, and because the incompetence of people in positions of authority made it easier for them to hurt people. Treating it like a shadow op by your enemies is only going to make it easier for the next predator to exploit good intentions, which has already happened too many times.
