I have complicated feelings. Yeah, it sucks profoundly that the world is losing the rain forest. But is it fair for the rest of the industrialized world to rape the the planet, then shoulder Brasil with the burden of saving us all from global disaster?
It's not "Brazil shouldering the burden" as much as it is wealthy agribusiness and resource mining companies wanting to gobble up as much real estate as possible to further maximize profits that WHOOPS, guess what, they're not going to share with the Brazilian people anyway.
Brazil's one of the top 10 economies in the world; sure there are endemic poverty and corruption problems but this isn't a situation that's being driven by colonialism (for once).
My biggest argument for God not existing (or worse, not being worth respecting) was the curious case of Adélio Bispo de Oliveira stabbing Jair Bolsonaro claiming God ordered him to do it.
God clearly could have packed a heftier punch.
Bolsonaro having to haul around a colostomy bag for a few months made him more of a cunt, if that was even possible. Fuck that corrupt fascist (and yes, He is a fascist, he even says he is) sack of pigshit, fuck Sergio Moro and his filthy-ass wife.
