This was found in the book stacks of the main library at New York University by one of the staff members. It's got a simple premise:

1 - Time travel is real
2 - Terminators are real
3 - Terminators are now coming to kill you for having seen the video
4 - To save yourself, leave ads in the "seven major newspapers" on one specific day a year, telling the Eternal Survivors WHERE and WHEN you will be at any given point in your life, so that they can find you and you can join the revolution.

The distribution method for such things was pretty complex in the days before Youtube and Twitter.

Tracking is pretty bad (it was ripped to digital off of a nearly-20-year-old tape), but the audio is intact and it is pretty goddamned gripping.

Sadly, the video blanks out long before the narrator is joined by a guy who looks like a strung-out Patton Oswalt, who stands behind her silently and glares at the camera to make sure that the viewer knows what they both look like.
