Here in Florida, property near the water used to be premium and the poor had to live on the less-valued higher ground farther from the shore.
Now, a bunch realtors are buying the higher ground, raising rents and driving the poor out.
They know climate change is real and that it will affect coastal cities, but instead of letting us do something about it, they've denied climate change and chosen to steal Lex Luthor's evil scheme from the 1978 "Superman" movie but without the nukes.
It's time for guillotines.
