Do you know the difference between endorsing a candidate in an election and imposing coercive sanctions to tank an economy and then just officially recognizing some guy as leader of a country? Maduro is a piece of shit who tanked Venezuela's democracy to stay in power, but that doesn't give the US or the EU the right to pick some guy as the new leader and attempt to orchestrate a coup to get him in office.
