This is a video by government eployees working on a sex-crime prevention project targeted at youth both native and foregin born. The wider project itself costs 2.5 mil not the video and includes gathering more detailed information and compiling statistcs, youth-outreach and information campagins, sex education as well as law enforcement measures.
I know we all want to own the SJWs but c'mon, this is weaksauce even for you.
As far as i can tell the claim that this video (which was done as a goof by the emplyees) costs 2.5 mil or was even part of the project in any official capacity originated on the twitter account of a finnish far-right "influencer" who's entire schtick is peddling alarmist alt-right propaganda about her own country to the outside world.
I didn't believe the 2.5 million dollar quote and was going to ask where the hell that came from but it looks like you guys got this under control. It was a decent video though so not going to one star that.
