Chuck Jones really is the most overrated Warner Bros. director, but that's certainly not to say he wasn't a genius. However, this one was done about 6 years past his (WB) prime, when Warner Bros. no longer gave a shit about cartoons. It really does feel phoned in compared to Jones' work in the 50's.
