Cody's use of simile and metaphor is just amazing. This isn't a comedy routine, it's intelligent social criticism, humorously written and performed.

Trump's fans are never going to leave him until he leaves, but there have been several small turning points in how the rest of us have regarded Trump. Like Trump's suggesting that some nonwhite members of congress should "go back where they came from". (I'm using quotes here, but I'm not quioting directly) That's when most of the media stopped calling Trump's statements "racially charged" and started calling them "racist". There have been many moments like this.

The MAGAGAs have always been a minority, and the fact that the majority of us see Trump progressively clearer and clearer, and are less afraid to call him what he is, that is significant.

There will be a post-Trump world. Soon, I hope.
