jihadbaby Rome (where this video was taken) is particularly nightmarish, being that everything in the city is historically important and roads can't be widened or buildings demolished to make room for parking spaces.
Last time I was in rome, I drove downtown. It literally took me 1/2 an hour to find a parking space. When I did find it, it was 1/2 an hour away on foot from where I was actually going. No wonder everyone now uses those faggy scooters.
