There's always a lot going on in these clips, but very little of it ever makes sense.

I don't get it. Are these just fan dubbed episodes of old footage? Is it supposed to be a joke or serious?
No, these were legit. They were done by a Malaysian network and aired in SE Asia and allegedly Hawaii.
I'm sorry but these are just so much better than what I watched as a child.
