Best/worst thing I've read about people taking Ivermectin for a while is eventually they start shitting out these long pale gut worms. (or butt worms as they call them.)
Turns out though, it's not worms, it's actually long strips of the mucosal lining of their intestines, which are deteriorating from the Ivermectin and which are kind of important if you want to like, you know, live well each day.
