I’ll save my pity for the immunodeficient dying because of people refusing to get vaccinated or wear masks.

The medical personnel burning out, getting ptsd and killing themselves.

The kids getting sick because they are ineligible or their parents refuse to get them vaccinated or have them wear masks

I refuse to give a single fuck about antivaxxers and antimaskers.

And for spreading their propaganda and getting so many more people sick, some of them deserve to die, and I hope they burn in hell.

Hazelnut - 2021-10-01

You show those worthless children who lost a mother! Put them in their place! They’re so much less informed and virtuous than you!

SolRo - 2021-10-01

You virtue signal so hard we could use you on a foggy coastline.

Hazelnut - 2021-10-01

Yeah, DARN those virtue signalling libtards. We couldn't possibly have empathy for other people -- it must be a trick!

SolRo - 2021-10-01

It’s not like you specifically submitted a video to brag about how much more you care than other people…oh wait.

By the way how much did you donate to the family?

Spike Jonez - 2021-10-01

Wow, Haz, what a way to entirely reframe the argument and put words in Nom's mouth, all because you're a douche.

Cena_mark - 2021-10-01

I get understand Haz, to a certain extent these people are victims of the bullshit politics they support and propaganda they consume. They have been cannibalized by it, and now their families will suffer because they allowed Donald, Alex, and Tucker make this healthcare decision for them. But I am just exhausted by their bullshit. They become part of that same machine with every post they made on social media. Oh, well. One less Republican voter.

Cena_mark - 2021-10-01

And another thing. Anti-vaxxers are so fucking full of themselves. We're coming to the deadlines where federal employees and military will be required to be vaxxed or lose their jobs, and talk about the persecution complexes. Cracks me up that some of these idiots are so dedicated to their bullshit that they're willing to be unemployed and risk a dishonorable discharge. All in the name of "freedom." Boy, poverty must be liberating!

Hazelnut - 2021-10-02

I agree with C_m here

Yellow Lantern - 2021-10-02

You can just type "cum" if you want

Hazelnut - 2021-10-02

As for SnideRo, one day he may learn that empathy is not some wicked trick "to brag about how much more you care"

SolRo - 2021-10-02

Virtue signal broadcast power set to 110%!

Hazelnut - 2021-10-03

You go own those libs, Jordan Peterson.

Cena_mark - 2021-09-30

What a dumbass, now a deadass.

Pillager - 2021-09-30

'If you're having breathing problems I feel bad for you son
I got ninety-nine problems but Covid ain't one

I got the jab patrol on the doc patrol
Foes that want to make sure my casket's closed
Vaccine critics that say it's "No Worse Than Colds"
I'm from the woods, stupid, what type of facts are those?
If you grew up with holes in your techo
You'd celebrate the minute you was having dough
I'm like, "Fuck skeptics" you can kiss my white asshole

If you don't like my science, you can press fast forward
Got beef with Right Wing radio if I don't play they show

I don't know what you take me as
Or understand the intelligence that Fauci has
I'm from rags to riches, niggas I ain't dumb
I got ninety nine problems but a booster ain't one, jab me'

Miss Henson's 6th grade class - 2021-09-30

I laughed.

Hazelnut - 2021-10-01

So did I, actually. :–) Laughing at anti-vaxxers = good.

Shadenfreude directed at bereaved families (and getting furiously triggered when others don’t feel the same way), not so much.

Pillager - 2021-10-19

My grandmother was born during the Coolidge admin. She recently passed the middle part of her ninetieth decade. I was supposed to attend her birthday party at a local pizza joint. Those plans fell through when my aunt was diagnosed with Covid.

Fortunately, she was double vaxxed & merely feels like shit. No time in the hospital. She's just taking plethora of pills. Hopefully, thanksgiving won't be cancelled. How many more holidays will she see?

All that said, this pestilent nightmare we're enduring won't end until a certain segment of our population smartens up, takes their shots, masks up & I dunno... Stops acting like this is all some kind of joke.

I hate to sound callous, but I had plans on going to see a Tool concert, running a Star Trek campaign for friends at our local game store, & going to various comic cons.

None of this will happen until the numbskulls wise up or die off.

Nominal - 2021-09-30

Hazelnut cares more about his own narcissistic ego of being perceived as a "nice guy" than the patriotic duty of saving lives.

"Fallible human beings" is the new "economic anxiety" and affluenza.

Fuck, dude. What was your last output that wasn't some grudge attack against another poster? "No ad hominem week" my ass.

Nominal - 2021-09-30

P.S. You'll be a lot happier if you find a new hobby that's not replying to every single Crackersmack comment to say how hard you're ignoring all his comments.

Hazelnut - 2021-10-01

Did you watch the video? It’s only three minutes. I don’t have it in me to look down on those bereaved children: I’m just not as pure of heart as you.

Spike Jonez - 2021-10-01

Ah yes, talking about the parents is blaming the children. I'm sorry, I didn't have enough brain damage before to understand you, Haz, but since I shoved a pencil up my nose I totally get how insulting a parent is the same as beating a child to death in the street.

Hazelnut - 2021-10-02

You really should watch the video.

Nominal - 2021-10-03

Wait, caring more about their own ego and image over their harmful worldviews?

No wonder Hazel can't stop sucking billionaire and anti-vaxxer cock!

Hazelnut - 2021-10-05

It's literally less than 3m long. Have some courage for a change.

The Mothership - 2021-10-01

Gender reveal party? Multiple unvaccinated COVID deaths in one family? Can I get a 'Florida' tag up in this bitch?

Nominal - 2021-10-01

Florida, home of serial killers!

Crackersmack - 2021-10-01

The evil part of this is that had Trump won last year, the exact same thing would be happening but the factions would be reversed.

I'm old enough to remember a bunch of shitlibs talking about how they doubted "Trump's rushed vaccine for the election". There's an alternate timeline where Rachel Maddow is telling her audience that Trump made the FDA rush approval and that it's unprecedented.

SolRo - 2021-10-01

No it wouldn’t be reversed. Only the same antivaxx crunchy goop-dems that are antivaxx now.

Only you dumb cons completely ignore scientific evidence.

Crackersmack - 2021-10-01

This isn't exactly a hypothetical, you can find tons of lib news sources reporting on vaccine hesitancy among Dems prior to the election last year.

SolRo - 2021-10-01

The hesitation was before it was being used on anyone, I was hesitant too, until hundreds of thousands of people took it without major issues.

Just spreading more of your delusional right wing talking points

Crackersmack - 2021-10-01

The same news sources that are reporting to you that hundreds of thousands have taken the vaccine without issues would, had Trump won, use their platforms to sow doubt about the vaccine among people that share your politics. Just like right wing media is doing to maga cuds right now.

SolRo - 2021-10-01

“THE LAMESTREAM MEDIA WOULD HAVE UNDERMINED GLORIOUS BUSINESS GOD DONALD TRUMP!!!”

glasseye - 2021-10-01

The outcome of the 2020 election was largely irrelevant. Either way, hundreds of thousands of Americans would have died, since neither half of said party is capable of managing a pandemic.

Cena_mark - 2021-10-01

Yeah, but I can't see people on the left rejecting the vaccine and dying just to stick it to Trump. Blue states were taking it seriously from the get go with masks and other measures, while states like Florida and S. Dakota were flaunting their disregard of any such measures.

teethsalad - 2021-10-01

I mean, trump called it a hoax, said it would go away magically, and made masks and basic safety precautions a casualty of the culture wars. There's no parallel to that behavior in elected democratic officials no matter how desperately the worldview you have so much invested in needs it to be

But don't let me stop you from wallowing in false equivalence

Crackersmack - 2021-10-01

Nobody is talking about "the left" here, just libs versus chuds.

And again, this is not a hypothetical. You can easily find plenty of references to Trump promoting a vaccine and liberals doubting it, up until November 3 2020. https://tinyurl.com/2xeyk6j8

glasseye - 2021-10-01

You can state "false equivalence" all you like; the Democrats are sacrificing hundreds of thousands of Americans upon the altar of Capital just like the Republicans did.

While the things leaders say aren't totally meaningless, what they *do* is far more important. And by that measure, both halves of the capitalist-imperialist party are utterly bungling this crisis.

SolRo - 2021-10-02

Bullshit

teethsalad - 2021-10-02

an instance of someone expressing hesitation isn't the same as a sustained, coordinated effort across the entire right wing ecosystem to undermine the CDC, the FDA and the authority of healthcare experts worldwide to score political points

not to mention the intentional stoking of dumdick conspiracy theories for political gain at the cost of human life

fuck's sake buddy grow up

Crackersmack - 2021-10-02

To shitlibs, everything has to be a grand conspiracy against them that involves a nonexistent unified American right wing front (or Russia for four years there) when acknowledging the actual problem would be an indictment of the liberal worldview.

Decades of abuse by medical profiteers has created a situation where large groups of Americans absolutely *would* believe that the medical establishment would inject them with poison if it made any amount of money for the medical provider. It's not even that far-fetched of an idea considering what we know about healthcare abuses in this country!

You can cry that vaccine hesitancy is being promoted by the rightwing media but that's just not true for the mainstream part of it at least. Fox news is telling people to get vaxxed. Even Trump is. The spread of disinfo about it is from individuals on social media. And as we know from 2016-2020 liberals definitely have these networks of disinfo of their own.

Deny it all you want, but the people that up until last year were yelling at people like me that Bernie was an agent of Russia, that Susan Sarandon is some unspeakable evil, that Trump was taking orders from Russian intelligence, etc etc etc would never in a million years agree to get "Trump's dangerous fake vaccine" if he had won in 2020. You all have just as many lunatics as the maga chuds do.

SolRo - 2021-10-02

You’re dumb.

ashtar. - 2021-10-02

Yeah, nah, I think the class coalitions of the parties and the psychological appeals they make made this pretty much inevitable. The GOP represents freedom as pure oppositional ID, and appeals to the petty bourgeoise who only want the government to tell other people what to do, and don't trust credentialed experts. Dems have bought hard into being the PMC party, valuing credentialed expertise, and use "you should feel bad about your privilege" appeals to superego flagellation because their PMC suburban professional constituents know they aren't actually going to do anything to redistribute wealth, etc., because the status quo heavily favors them. It was always going to break down this way about the vaccine.

And of course, neither party was ever going to make people stay home, nationalize health care, use the army to deliver food to people, institute big housing projects for the homeless, etc. You know, the stuff that would have saved hundreds of thousands of lives.

ashtar. - 2021-10-02

I do think that there's a pretty good argument that vaccines rates would be higher if Trump had won in 2020, though, since conspicuous virtue consuming PMC shitlib Warren voters were always going to get it to feel superior and stave off their Neo-Victorian class guilt, and oppositional defiant GOP ski-do dealership owning Q people would have less to be tantruming about. Or, alternately, Trump pushing the vaccine might have led to a serious rupture in the GOP.

Also, can you imagine how low the rates would be if we were in the second term of the HRC administration and it was the Clinton Vaccine?

Xenocide - 2021-10-01

I fucking hate how this story is presented. "Miracle baby," shut the fuck up. That baby wasn't a miracle, she was born because of the hard work of exhausted medical professionals who anti-vaxxers spend hundreds of man-hours a day insulting and demonizing. And she was born in spite of the self-destructive idiocy of her own mother. It wasn't fucking magic, it was science, the same science that this woman ignored when she decided not to get the vaccine.

Meerkat - 2021-10-02

People demonizing science on their iPhones

Nominal - 2021-10-03

You are a MONSTER who sided with medical professionals trying to save lives instead of this idiot's FEELINGS.

She might have even donated to CHARITY at some point!

Hazelnut - 2021-10-05

Nom is way too pure of heart to donate his time or money to boring fallible charities, or indeed to do anything that might risk benefitting another person. Only mocking grieving families is noble enough for him.

teethsalad - 2021-10-02

"You can state "false equivalence" all you like; the Democrats are sacrificing hundreds of thousands of Americans upon the altar of Capital just like the Republicans did.

also pretty sure every country on this stupid planet has despite whatever governmental structure they operate under but whatever

if you think there's zero difference between the COVID response between "red" and "blue" states, and it's all just been chatter, congrats, you're a very online ideologue and a grade-a1 dipshit

teethsalad - 2021-10-02

^ meant as reply

Crackersmack - 2021-10-02

There is zero practical difference in covid response between the states. I live in Florida, supposedly one of the worst. If you look up the actual numbers we have the same vaccination rate as New York.

SolRo - 2021-10-02

You’re so dumb.
