Modestly well off people who have achieved a paper degree, too shallow to make the sacrifices needed to bring a being into this clown world.
Smart enough to afford a nice house and basic luxury, yet too stupid and cowardly to experience the fullness of human existence that comes with raising a child?
It's a good thing the didn't reproduce in this moving picture fiction.

I said it was good that the fictional characters didn't spawn.
Very shallow and cowardly of the characters to claim to want kids and not go thru with it because it would be an inconvenience.
And thank goodness for that, otherwise there would not have been a movie.

"Stupid" and "poor" are interchangeable in this. Underlying the problem with eugenics is the wanna-be aristocratic assumption that people rise to the level of their inborn ability (or lack)–and thus the current hierarchy is part of a just world. Judge is not a fascist, but an Aristotelian.
