Well, the only thing holding it to the wall is suction, so...
They often blare loud music during waco type situations as a part of psy-ops anyways....
It doesn't need to be stealthy as much as it needs to be not a person. So if it gets shot, who cares? Besides, they can do cool stuff with sound baffling that doesn't make sense, cost-wise, to do on a prototype.
