It's a cartoon about white trash, for white trash. And is the speech impediment a purposeful thing? It isn't funny, it's just...oh god the entire thing feels like a vegetable grater rubbing against my brain.

The syncing is terrible, but the actual cartoon is far worse. The only redeeming value is the "truck" in the armadillo's dream has smashed armadillos on the grille. They'd never show roadkill today.

You know Bubsy is super-cool and wacky because he keeps telling you how he's super-cool and wacky! He's so much fun, I have a sudden urge to track down a ROM of his game just so I can kill him over and over and over again!
DIC was always the bottom of the barrel cartoonwise (excepting Inspector Gadget) but this is a whole new level of terrible for them.

I can't watch the whole thing. This is a hypercondensed crack rock of terrible. It's awfulcore. The military could use this as a weapon.
Furries had to be involved in the creation of the whole Bubsy franchise. Sure, marketroids were behind the initial "animal mascot with 'TUDE!" idea, but furries have to be responsible for the horrible execution.
