I completely agree. It's kinda sad that this drew so much attention; although maybe this will make some producers wake up and realize that people are fucking sick to death of PH stories.
So, just like Paris Hilton doesn't qualify as news, how does this qualify as news? Fuck her, somebody should have come up behind her and burned her hair. Wench!
The news isn't what she did, it's the way she did it. She could have simply said "we'll do this story second" and put it aside, but she knew a potential ratings-grabbing stunt when she saw one.
This doesn't qualify as news either, but its MSNBC seeing a huge "HELL YEAH" in response to what she did and trying to float it for even more ratings. I'm willing to bet she got told or chided into going along with it. They could have easily fired her.
