Aelric yes and no. i mean, if you saw the entire roadhouse star trek 5 rifftraxx, you might say they are getting worse. however, they are getting more consistent. remember, it took mst3k three season (including the public access season) to actually get funny (seriously, the public access and first two seasons were god awful) so despite the fact that they ought to know how to do this by now, i'd give them a bit more time to get into their groove.
Quad9Damage I disagree. KTMA and the first season were godawful, but it improved dramatically at the start of the second season.
Knuckles I saw this in the theater with some friends. When the Thing told the kids "don't do drugs," one of them yelled "or you'll end up like me: stoned all the time!" That was a much better line than the one they used here. But then again I can't really fault them for not having the perfect retort for evey single line of dialogue.
