The trailer is decent, but the movie is AWESOME. I got to see it a few months ago at a Sci-Fi Marathon, and they actually do a great job of mixing comedy and gore while touching on a few other underlying themes without being too heavyhanded with it.

So yeah, go see it.

That seems like a very bad idea with obvious consequences.
