I know this is brilliant because their French of the Saunders parody of LOTR was brilliant. Sadly I am disconnected from reality and have neither read any HP books or seen any of the movies.

+1 star for the fantastic J.K. Rowling impression. Other than that, a tedious, obvious joke stretched ten minutes too long.

Actually it wasn't a laugh track. It was the audience at Comic Relief, which is mostly live comedians, and they showed this between segments.

Jesus, it's not that bad to have been obliterated off the front page.
It's pretty typical French and Saunders stuff. I laughed.
