IrishWhiskey TNG had moments like this. Q and magic mariachi bands, Robin Hood playtime, turning into kids and taking down baddies with toys, and an episode based on Joe Piscopo doing Jerry Lewis impressions all come to mind. Although I try so hard to block the last one out.
