Dr. Lobotomy - 2007-09-07

Is it just me or did they use a stunt double for Nimoy's capering?

FeeFiFoFoTheFifeFifeBrown - 2007-09-07

I'd tend to assume so. Tight "dancing feet" shots were pretty much invented for that purpose.

Caminante Nocturno - 2007-09-07

This isn't nearly as fucked up when it's viewed in-context, right?

FeeFiFoFoTheFifeFifeBrown - 2007-09-07

That'd be a negative.

Knuckles - 2007-09-07

This is the smoking gun I've been looking for to convince everyone that we need to send all our nukes back in time and blow the 1960s up.

Feyd - 2007-09-08

The Prisoner is over here and would like a word with you, dumb juvenile obnoxious prag.

FABIO2 - 2007-12-09

But then we would blow up all the books for smart people that you've claimed haven't existed for over 30 years.

sosage - 2007-09-07

Was that last question a line in the script...or was DeForrest Kelley directing this episode?

Random_Hajile - 2007-09-07

"How could you let this go on?"

Spit Spingola - 2007-09-07

I love this episode.

KnowFuture - 2007-09-08

And if I'm not mistaken, somewhere further along in this is TV's first interracial kiss (they make Spock and Uhura kiss each other).

FeeFiFoFoTheFifeFifeBrown - 2007-09-08

Spit Spingola - 2007-09-08

Kirk and Uhura, but yeah.

Konversekid - 2007-09-08

This proves that William Shatner is the best actor in the word; he kept a straight face through all of that.

NoCode - 2007-09-08

This is why I love Star Trek. This moment. Right here.

Camonk - 2007-09-09

It's an utter lack of moments like this that is the reason TNG is awful.

Dinkin Flicka - 2008-05-03

I dunno. Try finding the episode where Picard is captured, tortured naked and forced to lie that there aren't four lights in front of him when there are four lights in front of him. I can't explain it so that it makes sense because it doesn't

IrishWhiskey - 2011-07-14

TNG had moments like this. Q and magic mariachi bands, Robin Hood playtime, turning into kids and taking down baddies with toys, and an episode based on Joe Piscopo doing Jerry Lewis impressions all come to mind. Although I try so hard to block the last one out.

Hugo Gorilla - 2007-11-14

Isn't the midget the same actor who played Professor Lovelace in Wild, Wild West? I'm going to pretend it is regardless.

Hooper_X - 2007-11-28

Fucking brilliant.

FABIO2 - 2007-12-09

Just how many episodes weith anachronistic omnipotents did the original series have?

HURF BLURF DUH - 2008-01-05

I'm not sure but just off the top of my head I'd guess ALL OF THEM.

RandomFerret - 2008-01-29

'Most ridiculous' as long as you don't count the entire episode Spock's Brain. Which aired the week after this one.

Somebody did not like Spock.
