As best as I can tell, this is known as Vahsi Kan, and which, if true, means this is from the same director as Dunyayi Kurtaran Adam (Turkish Star Wars).
And HOLY CRAP. Whatever this was, it makes the last scenes from Electric Dragon 80,000 V look restrained. That motherfucker's lungs were probably completely folded in half by the time he was done with him.
