Overlong and peters out fast after the halfway mark, but still pretty funny.

And I thought Romano's appearances on Dr. Katz were actually good too.

Dr. Katz had the ability to make anybody funny.

As for this, it suffered from SNL's tendency to take what could've been a funny joke and drive it into the ground to the point where it's anti-funny.
