Less than one second after the credits end, and you can already tell why it didn't last past one episode.

This is truly horrifying. I remember when this first aired. Even as a kid I thought god damn who would watch this?

Five stars because I can't believe somebody gave this abortion the green light.

Oh God, the sound. Rimshots. A horse neighing after Rosie says 'nay." The sound's the worst part of this execrable show.

ROSIE AND BUDDY ARE COMING TO CARTOON LAND! OHHHH NOOOOOOO!

My, those two certainly have a hilariously fearsome reputation! I am compelled to watch more to see what kind mischief they will cause that would prompt such a reaction! Oh, wait, not I'm not.

The really sad thing is that this is Roseanne's SECOND animated series.

the scariest thing to me is i think i saw this when it aired.

Oh yeah? Well I saw it air and thought it was awesome. The 90s were like a drug -- a bad drug that was so addictive you couldn't see how awful it was.

The edginess, the hamfisted anti-kkkorporate message, the constant breaking of the fourth wall, the steady stream of pop-culture cameos, the food jokes... it's like some hapless TV executives broke into a Roseanne fanfiction archive and decided to make a cartoon out of what they found.

Five stars for the first few lines.

I hope you'll all forgive me if I don't waste my life by watching the whole horrific episode. I made it 1:30 into the first clip, that and the time I've spent writing this are far more than it deserves in the first place.

But you missed the Very Special Guest Appearance of Beetlejuice!

THIS IS TERRIBLE! THEY CAN'T DO THIS!
Did they somehow use the rights to Roger Rabbit to get all the licenses?
Unmerciful Crushing Force - 2007-10-21
Good god. The scariest part of this is that the art direction actually shows frightening levels of forethought and planning.

The art staff wanted to update their portfolios along with their resumes.

Also making fun of the Care Bears is SO 3DGY.

If cartoons cannot get hurt, why do would they need stunt doubles?

baleen - 2008-05-02

I think it had promise.

Jesus fuck all early 90's self-aware cartoons like this. This takes it to new levels of annoying.
