what the fuck

Aelric - 2007-11-06

+5 to preserve this travesty. smeg just don't work without the british accent.

Alfred Shitcock - 2007-11-06

The whole show just doesn't work without the british accents.

I give this three stars, because it's so awful it's both awesome, and terrible at the same time.

Randroid - 2007-11-06

Don't think the original would've worked with different British actors either. One of those shows with an abysmal plot but good characters and dialogue that works on some strange level.

sloth love crunk - 2007-11-06

Makes me wonder what a British Star Trek might have been like.

ztc - 2007-11-06

Never seen Blake's 7?

DrVital - 2007-11-06

Terribleness.

The show shouldn't have worked even once. Trying to make it work again was insanity.

B. Weed - 2007-11-06

I like how they misspelled "solar."

K Clobber - 2007-11-06

Fuck yes! I haven't watched it yet. 5 stars just for posting it.

Xenocide - 2007-11-06

Linwood Boomer? The same Linwood Boomer who went on to create Malcolm in the Middle?

Huh. I guess his writing improved.

Aelric - 2007-11-06

or maybe just his luck

boner - 2007-11-06

4 stars for evil alone. I guess the original did work because the actors were so good at timing and stuff. Plus the Liverpool accent does make you sound like a complete gimp.

sosage - 2007-11-06

Like boner, these stars represent evil.

I'm a fan of the show, so I tend to lean towards the thought of: 'there was nothing wrong with the concept or the show...like anything else that is brilliant, it becomes fucked up when you let other people dick around with the formula'.

theSnake - 2007-11-06

5 stars of hatred. The original was great because of the actors and the writing. This had neither.

Blaise - 2007-11-06

5 Stars for Craig Bierko (aka Dave Lister), the poor man's Clive Owen.

RandomFerret - 2007-12-09

Five stars for preservation. We must never forget what almost happened here.

meowmers - 2008-02-07

it was a lot like red dwarf.
but still not red dwarf.
