The Japanese are so accustomed to politeness they applaud when the comedian "does good" in Tetris, even though he is clearly not really playing.
In a related vein, for or some reason it really bugs me when "victims" on Japanese prank shows pretend to fall for the gags.
As much as I can appreciate some of our cultural differences, I apparently have problems with this uber-politeness trait of theirs.
3 Stars for the introspection this crappy video has given me.

I've seen so many different bad subtitlings of this video. The first time I saw it, the subtitles were actually done well enough to make it a bit funnier than this (maybe a 3?). But I can't find that damn version anymore.
