This girl has some sort of pathological deformation and it's a bit idiotic to name her "the ugliest girl" . Actually I kind of feel more sympathy for her because of her pathology.
I've seen really ugly girls whose facial features were all in normality bounds, except that when put together these features formed faces ten times uglier than this one.
