I'm going to watch this so hard that I'll have to buy a new pair of glasses, because my old pair will have exploded from the sheer force with which I watched it.
coprolalia They said somewhere on one of the MST3K DVD's (ugh, abbreviation fatigue) that the Time Chasers people were so stoked about being featured that they set up a screening party for the episode and everything.
A couple minutes into the episode they seemed confused and were asking why the show was making fun of the movie.
Apparently they consider it a 'cult classic' now.
fluffy I hope one of the special features is the MST3k episode, because that's the only way I can see it being worth watching.
Hooper_X As I understand it, everyone got the joke except the henchman guy who kind of looks like Dante from Clerks. He was kind of butthurt about being made fun of.
Mallard I don't know about that. Apparently the MST3K crew talked to him on the phone.

citrusmirakel "Enhaced visuals"!? Man, Time Chasers was such an artfully done, emotional movie as is. How DARE they tread on my childhood of watching this movie by adding in new special effects.
Also: "Hey, she said she was going to drop pants on the runway!"
