If only Charlie Brown had had the Internet. Then he could be a wonderful PoE exhibit and Lucy wouldn't get to have all the fun.

With all of Charlie's issues, I never thought fatness really stood out. I guess that would explain a lot, though.

She didn' t point out his hydrocephaly.

Pathos!

Charlie Brown really did have the best background jazz music this side of "Pink Panther"

The music is the only thing that earns this more than one star.

Caminante Nocturno
If you're wondering why Charlie Brown was reacting the way he was to the offscreen slides, they were all slides from Flash Beagle.
Sudan no1
tendency toward fatness.
Fingasmcgee
I was expecting the begining to be a commercial for Zoloft

also the end is hilar
coprolalia
He needs to get a running start and kick her square in the head.
Terminal Button
I know it's classic and all that, but I absolutely cannot stand Lucy's voice. Maybe it's my hangover, but listening to her speak evoked more hatred and frustration in me than any other noise has in my life.
Unmerciful Crushing Force
I think that may be part of the point.

Where did the hell did Lucy get that camera and projection bay?

Testicles of Doom
The Peanuts had more character and depth than 99% of the people I have met in real life.

The animation is smooth and The Vince Guaraldi Trio plays the perfect soundtrack.

Also, "NO MORE SLIDES!"
Rodents of Unusual Size
I love how when Shultz started this line of humor, a lot of people thought he was being way too dark for a kids humor strip. Charlie Brown was Shultz's way of dealing with his own self image. I can't think of another cartoon dealing with neurotic behavior and anxiety with quite this level of endearment.
Unsung
"Even your nose is fat!"
Maru
Lucy is a fucking sadist.
