Youtube is a public community, he's asking folks to send him questions, and as long as you don't say something like "How does cloning work, please answer so the folks at poeTV (link) can laugh at you, you fat fucking failure" I don't think it would hurt anything.

It's generally not a good idea to get involved, as PoE has always had a voyeuristic approach to "content" - mostly to preserve laughs, as sites would either be taken down by pissed owners, or temporarily closed, due to high traffic (mid-90's geocities)

Though, as EvilHomer points out, this particular guy does invite people to respond - and doing so would actually encourage him to produce more videos...
