For the sake of accuracy it's from a documentary he did on blind, deaf mutes. The guy in question is a small part of it and it mostly focuses on elderly women that have learned to communicate by "writing" words through a medium by tapping on that person's hand. Some of them have learned to speak. Slooooowww as all hell but fascinating.
