So he's pretty angry and he swears, but does he actually tell jokes anymore? I guess after Bill Hicks et al, I expect someone to be funny in between saying bad words and calling Americans stupid. (Both of which are great.)

This is probably the lowest score I've ever given a George Carlin. I liked the bit at the end about the No Children Left Behind, but otherwise it seems like the contents of his mind vomited out... Which in essence is what George Carlin does professionally.
But in this case it just isn't funny. There's no keen observation and the imagery is bland. His habit of rambling "funny" lists in a bland sing-song has also become sort of droning. The clip has the feeling to me of an angry old man on a porch, bitching into his dentures.
There is no joke, which while I'm all for comedians trying to enlighten the public as to their pet peeves, I fucking want a joke thrown in their act at some point.

I don't know what to rate this. On one hand it's one long empty fart, on the other I could see posting it at a service to inform us just how much Carlin has lost it.

I've seen this HBO special, it's depressing. He had a stroke earlier before this and just ends up shambling around and telling everyone how the world sucks and everyone is stupid.
He used to be so much better than this.
