It seems pretty obvious that this woman was doing something that annoyed other people in the cafe. You can just tell from her attitude and how she escalates things that, undoubtedly, she probably started spouting off or talking loudly about something to no one in particular. Voicing some weird opinion and getting nasty about it without actually "getting nasty" (you know the type). If you listen carefully, it sounds like she was going on about how the members of some church were "going to hell" and she was probably talking about that after reading something on the computer or commenting on people in the cafe. So, people probably complained or at least made noises that she was an annoying cunt. Guy with camera probably called her on her bullshit and why she was saying whatever it was she was saying, and she totally lost it.
Guy with the camera shouldn't have followed her outside the cafe, but if her reaction to this situation is THIS, then fuck her.
