EvilHomer From what little I remember of French vulgarities (assuming the subtitles are correct, "pauvre con" sounds muddled to me and may not even be what he said), I think a better translation would be "Piss off then, you poor cunt". Then he's right back to greeting the crowds!
This is a Frenchmen I can respect.
