There's actually a 1 hour video made for internal use by the military (about why you shouldn't do drugs on shore leave) that this and the similar films about other drugs come from. I've only seen it once, at Kim's Video in NYC 10 years ago. It's pretty good. I think these clips are funnier with more context.
