According to James Randi, Clarke would send out a letter at the end of every year saying he expected to be dead soon. For decades.
That's what I call prophetic.
By "dead," you mean transformed into a star child, correct?

Sooner or later people like this will be replaced with scholars who think Harry Potter really existed and had magic powers. And they will write books about that very fact.
I hope he finds some of those mysterious, eternal answers out there somewhere.
