I like Tim and Eric, but this isn't very good video. The Uncle Muscle things are much better by themselves as small doses. Also, the person who put it together missed the obvious joke and didn't put them in "chronological" order where Casey gets worse and worse.

This is definitely inspired, the production and presentation perfectly simulates awful public access TV. It's just Tim and Eric trying so fucking hard to be wacky that ruins it, like most of their stuff.
