why would any dealer trust an old white guy and his buddy to enter their store? Especially when they're asking too many questions, and wanting to see the "illegal list" so badly?

Man, in 1979 dollars (Bank of Canada tells me that's about 5 today) for Star Wars? How much were theatre tickets back then? ? ? How long before the fretting and furious movie executives got the idea of "Hay! Why don't we sell these movies on tape?" There's over 0 million in revenue out there, apaprently.

Good to know stupidity has been on the march in the movie industry for decades.
