I dig the laser and siren advice, but the clothing advice is not actually as good as the plans they already use. They have a page up on one of the forums with all kinds of procedures about swapping buses and trains and dying your hair and where to change and how to change and what to change into and where to put your clothes and who to watch for and never go straight home etc.
