Porn stars are human beings. I can't believe it!
It can be a ugly, ugly business. Hard for people to see this side of it when they are getting off to the glamorized final product. A friend I once had said they viewed porn as nothing more then sexual art work. While I am not sure I would go call it this, I would say that while I see nothing wrong with pornography itself I alway have to wonder how broken the people doing the preforming are. Makes it lose its whole appeal for me personally.
This is the porn equivalent of the "where your meat comes from" videos peta distributes.
What? Porn is seriously fucked up and pretty much takes advantage of some incredibly damaged individuals?
WELL I NEVER. Enjoy your spank fodder, fellas!
for some reason this job never showed up in the board game "Careers" hmmm, I wonder why
I actually believe that this is a career move on her part and she is completely lying to them. But whatever. I can assure you this made her a shitload of money... but oh no whore with the heart of gold! Works every time.
I think she actually repudiated the interview after it aired. Convenient edits, omissions, etc, on the part of ABC (?) to get the story they wanted.
She did repudiate the interview. I have no trouble believing that porn stars are emotionally fragile and do things they aren't entirely comfortable with to impress an audience, but would you trust TV news not to sensationalize the subject? Five years later she is operating her own production company and has won about a dozen industry awards.
The first part of the interview is clearly butchered. Lots of quick cuts and Sawyer telling us what Belladonna said.
It's stupid since there's clearly enough real material here to show the porn industry is bad.
Sawyer is like a dirty cop that plants evidence even when she doesn't have to.

This is all summed up in images at the end of part 2: Bella signing a baseball bat for a fan, and of course a shot of her suitcase pimp boyfriend.
If it weren't for the longterm effects of strict Mormon upbringings porn would have a lot less girls in it.
It's weird when you reach the point where television news is more offensive than porn.
While i don't doubt that some adult performers have issues and lived tough lifes there's a big preachy editorial over this. Trying to make everyone in the adult industry look the same.
