Why the living fuck didn't they get the ball rolling on a Young IJ movie with Sean Patrick Flannery instead of IJ4? It's not that I think the movie will suck (I mean, it might), but at least that way there's the possibility of doing sequels without worrying about the lead actor looking like he's 20 years too old.

They did plan to make more of a franchise out of the series, but it barely made enough ratings to hobble along as long as it did. Too bad, the production values were through the roof, and I loved it.
