Was the bad guy supposed to be pretending to hold black reaction cop's black gift? The way he reaches down and cups his hand seems to suggest he's making like there's a dick in it. Are we supposed to be able to see that black guy is wearing a black speedo? I think whoever was working the camera got a little too far back.
