I wanted to see where this guy represented, so I googled "Sam Graves." His official site, in the first two links that pop up, lists him as "the Honorable Sam Graves, Congresswoman from the Sixth Congressional District of Missouri."

I'd say 2006 was a pretty good sign of the Republican collapse... when 46% of military families voted GOP... and when districts that had been voting for Republicans for a century suddenly voted for a Democrat... stuff like that...
They are on the defensive and don't have much to show for it.
