You all can't possibly understand the tribluations of having a second home to furnish with your essence while your main house is being renovated to your essence. It really wears your essence thin!
I heard a story today on the radio about a family of seven from Mississippi who don't have a house because it was destroyed by Katrina. They lived in a FEMA trailer for a while but the formaldehyde fumes kept making their kids sick so now they're living in a two room motel with no kitchen. Both parents work, she at a Waffle House and he at a casino, but because there are now relatively few rentals available their combined income doesn't leave enough money to find an apartment in the area that isn't dangerous and scary. They have until the 5th of June to find a new place to live because FEMA will no longer pay the motel bill or provide them cooked food.
