I guess this kind of stuff seemed new when this came out. Not that funny, and lousy caricature of Takei, but +1 star for a flesh colored milk gun with a giant pink nipple.

Compare/contrast to the villain in the Batman TAS episode, "Gray Ghost". I suspect Bruce Timm and Paul Dini were being reflexive.
