I told my friend I didn't really care to see this movie, then he made fun of me and called me a homo and said Why, cuz you don't think people shooting each other a whole bunch in incredible bad-ass ways is cool? and I didn't really have an answer for him. I guess this means this is the best movie ever???

I think the over the topness is what did it.

"Over-The-Top" is a genre of movies badly needed these days.

Everything that's not the shooting parts in this movie is pretty bad. However, the shooting parts are pretty extremely awesome. So, I mean, are you a homo or what, Knaaks?

It gives people the wrong idea. Generally, having super-stylized great looking credits in the beginning of the movie can be at odds with what the actual movie is, and once the credits are over, you've seen the only worthwhile part of the actual movie (as in Delicatessin and Auto-Focus).

Casino Royale made this same mistake recently.
