Not as cool as the Russian version, but his maniacal laugh is better.

I like the contrast. English? Okay. Russian? Excellent. French? Um.. Heavy Weapons Guy is to busy killing Germans to learn a Romance language.

It's french but he has a definite accent. Can't pinpoint it exactly. Like part greek, part middle-eastern and part russian.

Also, do the Medic in Turkish or Nigerian. Or...... yeah, I guess you could do it in German too. Voice actors from other nations never get the rightful props and big-ups and love they deserve.

These are done using game assets and Source, right? If so, these also serve as a very subtle advertisement for Source's facial animation engine. (Not to mention the free animation localization in the game itself.)

Hell, you're right.. you can see it right before the "Some people think they can outsmart me" line.. he pauses a moment more here than in other versions, good delivery. Hell of a job, Valve! Good eye, Lizard.
