How the fuck are people making some of these creatures? How do you make these bodies? Does the full version let you customize the body other than the spine?

It's amazing how many people have yet to figure that out, which tells me that the UI is pretty terrible. I only learned how to do that because I consulted the online help.

I *think* all of the parts in this creature are available in the demo, but of course the full creator has a hell of a lot more.
